PICCA publishes Notice of Privacy Practices

The Presque Isle County Council on Aging Board of Directors recently approved the adoption of the Notice of Privacy Practices for all consumers and employees of PICCA.  The pamphlet will be distributed to all consumers and staff in upcoming months and a version will also be available online.

Protecting the privacy of medical and other personal information is a responsibility PICCA takes very seriously.  PICCA understands that this information is personal and it is important to consumers and employees that it be kept confidential.  PICCA is committed to the practices adn procedures established to protect and keep confidential the information obtained from consumers and staff.
