60th Annual Potato Festival Approaching

The 60th Annual Potato Festival in Posen Michigan is fast approaching.  Each year we celebrate the wonders of the fall harvest, friends and family the second weekend of September.

The weekend is packed with entertainment and food.

The "biggest" of which is the Presque Isle County Council on Aging Festival Dinner. This year, we will be hosting the dinner on Saturday, September 10th from 1pm to 6pm at the St. Casimir Gym on M-65 just north of Posen. 

We will have our famous chicken dinner with all the fixings, including the traditional favorite, creamed cucumbers.  We will also have 50/50 drawings hourly and a bake sale featuring local favorites.
